Hi reades, todays 2nd activity is "The secretive skink"
What we need to do is write 3 good and bad things about working as a DOC ranger.
At the edd of our post's we need to say and if we wanted to work there or not any why.
Instead of just listing them on the post I did it on a DLO.
Here is my DLO.

But at the same time I wouldent because its sad seeing them pass away.
Question's: 1. Would you work as a doc ranger?
2. do you have 3 good and bad examples?
I hope you Enjoyed reading, and hopefully learnt something.
If you have any feedback or any positive comment please leave it in the comments.

Nice post Shania I love you presentation skills. They are simple answers but true. I also like that you said why you don't want to be a DOC Ranger. I would be sad to see animal pass away. I would like to be a DOC Ranger but you would have to be far away from your family. Anyway you did really good. Nice Job Keep It Up.😊😄😁😉😋>﹏<

Kia ora Shania,
ReplyDeleteYou have done a great job summarising the pros and cons of becoming a DOC Ranger. Considering both sides, it is pretty hard to decide whether if you want to take the role or not, right?
I personally would love to work for organisations like this where I can help save animals. However, having to travel to animal reserves (islands) by myself would make me get homesick. Have you ever heard of an organisation called SPCA? It is short for 'Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' and they also help save over 45,000 animals per year in NZ! I would love to become a volunteer one day.
What is your favourite animal and why? Do you have any pets at home? I would love to know!
Talk soon,
Susie
