EOTC week (resilience)

EOTC week (resilience)

Hi readers,

Today I am going to tell you about my adventure with the year 5 and 6's during EOTC week.

So during EOTC week we went to:
Quail island, Adrenalin forest, Surfing, Halswell pool and ice-skating.

In my last post I told you about how I was facing my fears such as heights. Today I am going to tell you more about that if you were intrested about it and wanted to know more about it...
______________________________________________________
So all the year 5's and 6's had to be at school by 8:30, because the bus left at 9:00. We had to be at school by 8:30 so we could go over the rules and get sorted before we got on the bus to get dropped off to Adrenilin forest.

Once we got dropped off to Adrenalin forest we sat down on tarpolan so we could have a little snack.
When we all finished our snack we went to the part were all the intence things happen.
I had to show resilience with the heights, being paitent on obstacles with other people going first, and trying to stay calm.

We get handed our Harness to put on and go for a practice to see what we have to do before we go have fun in the trees on the different levels and obstacles.
It goes up 26 meters high with 6 levels,

I was scared when I got to one obslacle on level 2 because theyre peices of wood that move alot when you walk on them but suprisingly I made it past them.
After the obstacle after that one I couldent take the height much longer so I gave up and went back to ground.
In the end I was proud of myself because I thought I wouldent even make it past level 1 but turned out level 1 was really easy.

Question: Are you afraid of heights?

I hope you enjoyed my post.
If you have any feedback please leave it in the comments.
Bye!!
