Haiku Poem

Haiku Poem

Hi readers, today I am going to be showing you the haiku poem I did in class today for hurumanu.
For this we had to think about what we want to make the haiku poem about.
A haiku poem cant rhyme, only has 3 lines and in the first line it has 5 syllables, second line has 7 and the last line has 5 as well.
Here is my poem:

100 Word Challenge.

100 Word Challenge.

Hi readers, today I am going to be showing you the 100 Word Challenge I did yesterday and finished off today.
For this we had a photo to base it on and get ideas from it to write about.

Here is the photo we had:

This is the writing that I did off the photo:

As the sun went down, it got colder and colder, the huge dark grey rocks in the water of the river started to sink and the water started to freeze, the sun was glaring on the top of the ice. The river froze with a reflection of the white clouds and blue sky in it, the twinkling golden brown dog stood on a rock like a frozen statue, thrilled to see a sunset. The bushes flowed horizontal ways,
While the bare trees were staying still.
There was a grassy hill surrounding,
you could see the snowy mountains in the background.

This is my word count of the 100 words

I hope you enjoyed reading, if you have any feedback or positive comment please leave them in the comments.
